Received PAC In-kind donations under “digital assets” from South Dakotans for Common Sense. Chaired by Sioux Falls Mayor Paul TenHaken who voted for the 500 MW Gemini data center in Sioux Falls. South Dakotans for Common Sense received $150,000 from NetChoice PAC who lobbied in Pierre through Steve DelBianco (President of NetChoice) for 50 year tax breaks for data centers and against all resident protections. He also received campaign contributions from South Dakota Public Power PAC.
