How they’d address those concerns
Where such serious quality of life and health risks extend miles beyond such facilities, such decisions to allow rezoning, building of hyperscale AI DCs must be brought to a vote by the people in the immediate and adjoining jurisdictions. Extend the time-frame for gathering signatures for a referral to a vote by the people from 20 days to 45 days.
