Where they stand on data centers
On concerns about hyperscale data centers
It’s crucial to put the interests and concerns of citizens first, and that begins by first electing people who are accountable and transparent. Legislation such as SB 135 (Data Center Citizens Bill of Rights) is a good step forward. While I certainly support growth and progress, I am also wary of non-disclosure agreements, as the interests of the public should never take a backseat to the interests of lobbyists. Citizens deserve clear information about projects that may affect their quality of life, and my priority is to make sure their voices are heard throughout the decision-making process.
